Hi, thanks for visiting my page. Ever since I was 16 I have always been fascinated with storytelling and investigative journalism. As our world rapidly moves forwards into the uncertain and exciting future of technology I have found myself traversing from book-geek to tech-geek. I believe that technology is the greatest power of our times and harnessing that power is the key to ensuring accountability in society, producing Pulitzer-prize winning content and making sure our world isn’t taken over by privacy-invading robot overlords.

This summer I will be completing my MSc in Computational and Data Journalism at Cardiff University following five years as a freelancer. Last year I completed several investigations surrounding the exploitation of vulnerable people by NGO staff, oil and gas corruption and large corporations’ unscrupulous destruction of important natural habitats. The Master’s course has given me the best possible additions to my existing skill sets from hard coding skills to obscure OSINT techniques. I have loved every minute of it and I am excited to put my new skills into action.

I am currently looking for a job in the relevant fields of data journalism, investigative journalism, OSINT, research, data science and data visualisation.
